Records requested:
1. List of New Jersey Lottery Winners from Ocean County, winning $600 or more, from January 1, 2020-Present. Please include town, place where ticket purchased, amount won, and date. Please send as an Excel file if possible.
2. List of New Jersey Lottery Winners from Monmouth County, winning $600 or more, from January 1, 2020-Present. Please include town, place where ticket purchased, amount won, and date. Please send as an Excel file if possible.

I am writing to request an internal review of New Jersey Department of the Treasury's handling of my OPRA request 'Lottery Winner Lists'.
I submitted an OPRA request on August 24 and have yet to get a response. In case you never received it, here it is again:
Records requested:
