Long Branch City - Registered Voters List
Dear Monmouth County Board of Elections,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
- All Long Branch City registered voters
- All Long Branch City registered voters who voted in the last municipal election (mayor and city council)
Please include the: voter ID number, first/middle/last name, address, mailing address, DOB, party affiliation, status, registered date, phone number, congressional district, ward, district, Voting Priv Date, Party Priv Date.
Please send in a spreadsheet.

has been removed.
Please be advised that voter registration is fluid and
changes daily. Therefore, any and all request for voting
records or voter registration will not be an accurate
“snap shot in time”, and your records request may differ
significantly today than from any previous election
histories.

“No person shall use voter registration lists or copies
thereof prepared pursuant to this section as a basis for
commercial or charitable solicitation of the voters
listed thereon. Any person making such use of such lists
or copies thereof shall be a disorderly person, and
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500.00.”
