Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA
and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your
commitment to transparent government.

BACKGROUND:

On August 18, 2024, the Township Committee passed Ordinance No. 2014-11
that repealed Code Chapter 128 in its entirety as well as §5 of Code
Chapter 138. The Township Committee took this action in response to my
request, in my capacity of Chairman of the New Jersey Libertarian Party's
Preempted Ordinance Repeal Project. Unfortunately, I did not retain copies
of the repealed matter in my files.

RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. If the Township still retains copies of Chapter 128 and Chapter 138,
§5, as they existed immediately prior to their repeal, I would like them.

2. If no record is responsive to No. 1 above, I would like copies of Ord.
No. 97-14 (5-5-1997) and the "Standards of Conduct" that were adopted on
July 9, 1945.
