This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The daily log of ballots collected from the Election Drop boxes located at the Water Department on Bordentown Ave. and the Sayreville Borough Hall at 167 Main Street, Sayreville, NJ. The log should indicate the number of ballots collected daily and how many of them were deposited by a bearer. I would like a report. On a weekly basis from the start of collection for the 2023 General Election to Nov. 8, 2023

Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,
Thank you for your response. I will let you know when I can come and review the ballots. My concern is that there is no method to see if the ballot boxes are being stuffed illegally. For example, if there are 20 signed bearers but only 2 cars went to the box that day how is it rectified?
