Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

I am requesting identifiable public records from the Department of the Treasury regarding the Sussex County Board of Taxation for the years 2006 through 2026 inclusive.Please provide the following -

Annual Directories & Rosters: Copies of all annual directories, rosters, or master list logs maintained by the Division of Taxation (including the Local Property Tax Bureau) detailing the appointed Commissioners of the Sussex County Board of Taxation, including their specific statutory political party designations (Republican/Democrat) and term expiration dates for each year.

Payroll & Compensation Records: Annual payroll certification logs, W-2 disbursement trackers, or ledger records showing state salary or compensation disbursements paid to all individuals serving as Commissioners, Board Members, or Administrators for the Sussex County Board of Taxation for each calendar year.

Vacancy and Holdover Logs: Any internal tracking logs, memos, or electronic records identifying vacancies, unexpired terms, or individuals serving in an official "holdover status" on the Sussex County Board of Taxation during this timeframe.
