This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Please provide a list of any lawsuits from January 2011 until June 2020 in which the township is named a plaintiff or defendant. Include the names of all Township employees who are specifically named. Please provide the names of the attorneys who are representing the Township in these matters and a detailed billing record and what services were rendered.

2. Please provide records of all homeowners who have filed tax appeals to the Township from January 2018 to June 2020.

3. Please provide records where the town has requested indemnification for employees who have been injured on private property. Please provide copies of all correspondence and letters. Please also include workers compensation claims made by employees. Please provide the names of the attorneys who are representing the Township in these matters and a detailed billing record and what services were rendered.

In response to your OPRA requests, please be advised that as a result of the Statewide and local emergencies relating to COVID-19, the deadline to respond has been extended past the seven (7) business day requirement. Nevertheless, the Township is in the process of reviewing your various requests and preparing a response. Please be further advised that in addition to the emergency-related delay, the Township requires additional time within which to respond due to the extensive scope or your requests and expects to have a response to you on or before July 22, 2020. Of course, should the Township require additional time past that date, the Township will advise.

were able to run a report for 2019 and 2020.  For 2018, no such document
exists and we aren’t capable of running a report for years prior to 2019.
