After I made this request I made a call to the records custodian, who has become quite familiar with me, and I let him know that most times OPRA's are made that request the salaries and hire dates, they are filled immediately, but that wasn't the case here. That was at about 3 pm today, and at 8:05 pm, I received my info. The point here is that is OK to communicate with the custodian of records to try and get what you are looking for, they usually have no vested interest other than not getting sued and breaking the law, so most times, they are on your side. You catch more bees with honey than you do salt.
