Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I would like a list of Renewable energy certificates, also known as RECs" and/or Renewable Portfolio credits that were awarded to any waster incinerators, sometimes referred to as “resource recovery facilities" or "trash to steam/energy plants” operating in the state of New Jersey in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

I would like to have at least the name and location of each incinerator and the total number and amount of RECs awarded each year.
