Dear Municipal Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.

All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.

All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

I respectfully request clarification of your OPRA request because it fails to identify a specific date range.” Example of a valid request: “Any and all e-mails between Jane Doe and John Smith regarding the construction of the new high school from January 1, 2009 to February 28, 2009.”

This is my second attempt to contact you regarding your OPRA Request. Tabernacle Township desires to get you in the documents you have requested; however, it is necessary that you provide clarification on what is needed in order for our offices to discharge our duties. You will need to clarify the dates for the documents as well as your statemement "of balances of upwards of $4,000"?
