List of Properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations, etc.
Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

I respectfully request clarification of your OPRA request because it fails to identify a specific date range.” Example of a valid request: “Any and all e-mails between Jane Doe and John Smith regarding the construction of the new high school from January 1, 2009 to February 28, 2009.”
Please keep in mind the law is intended to provide access to government records that have been specifically identified and requested. Kindly, provide me with the necessary information so we can discharge your request. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
