Dear Municipal Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.

All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.

All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.

I am writing in regards to your email requesting records dated January 15,
2019. We responded to your previous request of November 6, 2018 for two
years of history of code violations on November 9, 2018 and two years of
history of tax delinquent properties on December 7, 2018, please advise if
you did not receive these records.
