I have received the below OPRA request. I have processed this into our JustFOIA OPRA portal. You will receive an email from JustFOIA when the documents are ready. You do not need to set up a login or username, all you need to do is follow the link that is sent to the email that you provided and enter the security key, which will also be in the email.

Records requested:

All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.

All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.

All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.
A list of all vacant properties to include addresses, block/lot and owner information.
