Dear Morris Plains Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.
- A list of all property addresses that are currently vacant, abandoned, or boarded up.

1. Attached please see the Delinquent Tax Report and Open Liens List
2. Morris Plains Borough is not the water authority in Morris Plains it is Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority so therefore we would not have any responsive records pertaining to water shut off or water bill liens
3. Morris Plains Borough does not maintain a list of vacant, abandoned or boarded up properties
