Dear New Milford Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point.
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.

Good morning.
Attached is a delinquent property list from 2022 1st quarter thru 2023 2nd quarter. Total delinquency is the Total column. Water is private and we do not collect. Liens are all held by 3rd party lien holder.
