Dear Clark Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- Name, title, date of hire for all current and past Clark Township employees, since 2010, assigned to the following departments/divisions:
- Public Works
- Administration
- Department of Law
- Municipal Court
- Police
- Construction
- Finance
- Tax
- Municipal Clerk
Reference for clarification: The Clark Township’s Personnel Policy defines “employee” as “any person employed by the Township of Clark and listed on the payroll on a full time, part time or temporary basis”.
