This request is not a proper request under OPRA as it is a request for
information, not documents. Specifically, to be a valid under OPRA, a
requested record must be reasonably identified as a record not as a
general request for data, information and statistics....' ” New Jersey
Builders Ass'n v. New Jersey Council on Affordable Hous., 390 N.J. Super.
166, 177 (App. Div. 2007). Further, we do not have any documents
responsive to this request.
