List of class 2 properties with delinquent property taxes

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All Class 2 properties that currently have delinquent property taxes which are 2 years or more behind with balances of upwards of $4,000. Please provide this list in Excel (xls) format. Thank you very much.

No such list exists. Any property with a delinquency from 2 years prior went to tax sale.
