List of Class 2 properties with outstanding taxes, liens, & violations
Dear Cinnaminson Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- All Class 2 properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
- All Class 2 properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.
- Please provide these lists in Excel (xls) format.

Please note that permits are filed by Block and Lot. You can submit a request for each property you are inquiring about. No such list exists in the Construction Office.
