Dear Ocean County Board of Elections,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-1 et seq., I submit this OPRA request to receive, on an expedited basis, any document that includes the list of voters in Ocean County who have been sent cure letters (for vote by mail or provisional ballots) for the November 2021 general election, including any spreadsheets, Word documents, or any other documents. I request that this include any publicly available information, including voter ID numbers, names, addresses, and contact information.

I also request that you provide these documents on a daily basis as new cure letters are sent out.
