Good afternoon Information Please,

The Toms River Regional School District ("District") received your Open
Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated June 13, 2022.  The official
Custodian of Records received your OPRA request on June 13, 2022.  As
such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is
Wednesday, June 22, 2022.  This response to your request is being provided
to you on the 1st business day after the custodian's receipt of said
request.  

Information Requested: 
List of all OPRA requests received and content of all responses provided
for the month of February 2022.

Please be advised that addresses, phone numbers and emails have been
redacted from the Toms River Schools Vendor Information spreadsheet
attached hereto. If you are seeking the commercial addresses, phone
numbers and emails of vendors, a more exhaustive review of the list and
the preparation of a "Vaughn Index" will be necessary.  OPRA allows public
agencies to impose special service charges whenever the nature, format,
manner of collation, or volume of a government record embodied in the form
of printed matter to be inspected, examined, or copied pursuant to this
section is such that the record cannot be reproduced by ordinary document
copying equipment in ordinary business size or when fulfilling a request
requires an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort. See N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.c.  Special service charges must be based upon the actual direct
cost of providing the copy or copies.  OPRA mandates that the requester
shall have the opportunity to review and object to the charge prior to it
being incurred.  See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.c. As such, a detailed estimate is
provided below:

Pursuant to the above paragraph with regards to the Toms River Schools
Vendor Information spreadsheet attached hereto, there are over 15,970
lines of data to review, a special service charge will be required.  The
special service charge will be 15,972 * 5 seconds per line / 60 seconds /
60 minutes = 22.18 hours.  The total estimated special service charge is
22.18 hours * $30.56 hourly rate = $677.82. 

Pursuant to your request, please see the attached OPRA requests received
and content of all responses provided for the month of February 2022.
