Liquor License Application (Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery)

RIDER TO OPRA REQUEST
1. Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery, DRUID Associates LLC, License No. 2001-33-007-004
2. Trap Rock Restaurant & Brewery, DRUID Associates LLC, License No. 3402-08-321-001
For each of the above referenced businesses/licenses, please provide the following documents:
1) Their “long-form” 12-page Liquor License Application
2) Any amendments to the 12-page Liquor License Application
3) Any attachments to items 1 or 2 evidencing or identifying the owners, members, shareholders, partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other person having a direct or indirect interest in the business or license
4) Any other documents on file evidencing or identifying the owners, members, shareholders, partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other person having a direct or indirect interest in the business or license
5) Resolutions approving the transfer of the license to each of the above referenced businesses/licensees.
