3. Harvest Fenwick Catering, Harvest Restaurant Group
For each of the above referenced businesses/licenses, please provide the following documents:
1) Their “long-form” 12-page Liquor License Application
2) Any amendments to the 12-page Liquor License Application
3) Any attachments to items 1 or 2 evidencing or identifying the owners, members, shareholders, partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other person having a direct or indirect interest in the business or license
4) Any other documents on file evidencing or identifying the owners, members, shareholders, partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other person having a direct or indirect interest in the business or license
5) Resolutions approving the transfer of the license to each of the above referenced businesses/licensees.

I am in receipt of this message, however these establishements are NOT located in Morris Plains,They are in Parsippany .
1. Tabor Road Tavern, Tabor 10 LLC, License No. 1429-33-020-006 as indicated by the first four digits of the license #1429 is Parsippany
2. Grato, Tabor 10 LLC, License No. 1429-33-020-006 as indicated by the first four digits of the license #1429 is Parsippany
3. Harvest Fenwick Catering, Harvest Restaurant Group is also not located in Morris plains.
