Please provide a copy of the lease agreement with Flock Group for the pole-mounted LPR system. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
The City of New Brunswick is in receipt of your request for a copy of the
lease agreement with Flock Group. Kindly be advised that there is
currently no document responsive to your request. The City Attorney is in
the process of reviewing a draft document that was proposed by the vendor.
It is anticipated that there will be changes to that draft. As I believe
you are aware, pursuant to the OPRA Statute draft documents are considered
advisory, consultive and/or deliberative and as such are not subject to
disclosure. Once the final terms of the agreement are established and the
agreement is executed by the parties, the document will be subject to
disclosure, and therefore available to you.
