This office is in receipt of your OPRA request. Please see the attached PDF which includes the 2019 letter addressed to the Police Chief as requested. Please be advised that emails between the Police Chief and members of the Governing Body regarding this incident do not exist. Be further advised that external correspondence which fall under Personnel are exempt from OPRA by statute.
