Please provide legal fees paid to Armondo Riccio Esq. from May 1st, 2017 (When Municipal Manager Kevin Nerwinski was appointed), to October 31st, 2019 for labor matters pertaining to Lawrence Township. If there was a previous law firm handling labor matters for Lawrence Township prior to Armondo Riccio under Township Manager Kevin Nerwinski's helm, please provide those legal fees paid, to what firm, and for what labor matters if applicable.
