Please provide explanation for the delay in producing the requested documents. This request was made 10/01, it is now 10/19. Please provide when the documents requested will be available. Previous requests for this information were handled within the timeframe alloted by OPRA.

The person who conducted the OPRA review for this request thought that this request was done, prior to vacation, until the matter was brought to our attention today. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please see the attached responsive records regarding your request for legal fees for paid to Armando Riccio, Esq. for labor related expenses from July 1, 2022 to present.
Please Note: Armando Riccio's invoices are for all township Labor/Employment matters. His invoices do not differentiate among the various matters.
