Friday, January 10, 2020. 
In accordance with the law, I have seven (7) business days to either
provide the information requested or a valid reason why the information
requested cannot be provided. The seventh (7th) business day deadline to

Good morning.
Regarding your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request received by me on
Friday, January 10, 2020 requesting, "copies of the legal bills from the
law firm of Stein and Supsie for the period January 2019 through July 2019
with the cover letters and vouchers", please find attached to this email
the following records:

• 1 PDF entitled, "Stein and Supsie Invoices - January 2019 thru July
2019"

Please note that as a public agency this school district has a
responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
privacy. Therefore, and in accordance with GRC Exemption #16, the names of
minor children were redacted.
These records are deemed to be responsive to your request, and are being
transmitted to you via email PDF. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the
cost associated with this request is $0.
