Leave balances paid to Chief Jason Kohn

A summary of leave balances (annual (vacation), sick and compensatory) held by Chief Jason Kohn at the time of his retirement from the Morris Plains Police Department. Also the total amount paid to Mr. Kohn to satisfy those balances upon leave from the department.
