Dear New Jersey Department of the Treasury,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of New Jersey Department of the Treasury's handling of my OPRA request 'Leases & proposed state leases since 1/1/2020 in Sussex & Warren counties.'.
This request was filed on September 26, 2024. A response, reference number C226062, was not sent until November 6, 2024, six weeks later. The time for a response has long since passed. My initial request was simply ignored for 6 weeks. Seven business days have passed since your last correspondence with nothing provided. I see no exception to the OPRA applicable for the delay. I do not want to elevate this to the Government Records Council or litigate this matter in the Superior Court, but my hands are being tied.
