Last zoning board decissions regarding 25 Crescent
Dear Rochelle Park Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I believe this resident wanted to be allowed to have two separate dwellings, one behind the other, (2 Families) and was denied, with stipulations.. I also believe one of the stipulations by a board member was that there wasn't to be two electric meters, which could easily create an illegal two family, with a common driveway.
Also if there were any permits taken out for 25 Crescent within the last 6 months.. Thank You

I would like to see the final resolution by the zoning board, regarding the applicant from 25 Crescent Street made, looking to turn their property into a two family residence.
