Lacey VBM list
Dear Ocean County Clerk's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of all voters in Lacey Township, NJ who have requested a vote by mail ballot for the November 5th, 2019 general election. Please provide in Excel format.

I have attached two reports;
Report thru 9-4-2019 are the existing voters requesting a VBM
Report for 9-7-2019 are the voters from 2017-2018 per the new law. These voters will have until 9-13-2019 to OPT-OUT of receiving a ballot before ballots are mailed.
WE WILL COMMENCE BALLOT MAILING ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2019. We will not be entering new VBM requests until we have completed the ballot mailing.

The deadline for all applications by mail was October 29, 2019. Walk-ins
for ballots are at 118 Washington Street today thru November 1, 8-4:30 and
Saturday and Sunday, November 2 & 3 10-4pm at 129 Hooper Avenue. The final
report will be AFTER 4pm, once I have certified the election on November
4.
