Dear NJ Turnpike Authority,
The New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) does not require me to utilize an agency's official form. My written request that was sent via email is legally valid and agencies may not deny a request solely on the basis that it is not submitted on agency's official form. (Renna v. County of Union)
