Lacey Township School District:
Under legislation passed in the State of New Jersey, I am not required to fill out an official form for the following document requests. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
- I am requesting all records about the email correspondence to Shawn Giordano and nine other members of the Lacey Township School District from Jennifer Leeman on 11/14/2019 10:17 with the subject: "Lacey Township High School's Discrimination Against LGBTQ Students."
- Please release the entire text of that email chain via PDF or Doc file.
- Please release any complaints from students, parents, or faculty in the last three years regarding LGBTQ+ people.
- Please release policies implemented to prevent LGBTQ+ discrimination at Lacey Township Schools.

This email confirms that as the district’s official Custodian of Records,
I received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request via email on
Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
In accordance with the law, I have seven (7) business days to either
provide the information requested or a valid reason why the information
requested cannot be provided. Taking into account the Thanksgiving
holiday, the seventh (7th) business day deadline to respond to your

the following records:
• 1 PDF entitled, "Shawn Giordano et al Email - Redacted"
• 1 PDF entitled, "LTSD Policy 5756 - Transgender Students"
Please note that the email was redacted to exclude the name of any minor
student.
These records are deemed to be responsive to your request, and are
being transmitted to you via email PDF. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.,
the cost associated with this request is $0.
Regarding your request for "any complaints from students, parents, or
