Please see the attached files in regards to your OPRA request. This was a
very tough one! I could only find the SOP which I attached I made a good
faith effort to my best to find what I could. This is from our Clerk of
the Board, Michelle Gunther “ This is all of the information I was able to
pull from our Records Management System related to 'copies of any
memorandums of agreement, letters and correspondence with the Township of
Lacey and / or the Lacey Township Police Department pertaining to the
Township's migration of dispatch to the 700 MHz radio system maintained by
the Ocean County Sheriff's Department.'” Thank you for your patience.
