Tues., Wed., and Thurs. from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(a).

OPRA requests must be for a specific public document and should list a
specific date or dates. OPRA requests with terms "any and all", requests
for information, requests that require research into documents, or
requests that require the Clerk's office to create a document shall be
rejected.

Ms. LaCaruba:
Since I have never seen or heard of OPRA machine I asked for clarification to ensure that I was sending the responses to the appropriate individual. In the past you have always utilized your [email address]. Since this OPRA machine is your new email to which you would like your responses I will ensure that all requests go to that email address going forward. I was a bit confused when I received the first few under your new email address. Thank you for the clarification.
You also need to provide me with the form you would like the audio of for the July 11, 2017 council meeting.

Ms. LaCaruba:
The deadline for this request falls within our OPRA operating schedule. You sent this on a Wednesday, 7/11. Our OPRA operating schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Fridays from 2 - 4 p.m. So according to our schedule we opened it up on Friday. According to OPRA rules, day one starts the next OPRA operating day which would be Monday, 7/16. Counting from 7/16 as the first day, that brings the deadline for the request to be 7/30 based on our operating schedule. If we need additional time we will let you know by the deadline of 7/30.
