Dear Woodbridge Redevelopment Agency,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide complete copies of all redevelopment plans, redevelopment agreements, proof of payment of all fees, and the board resolution(s) designating the redeveloper and approving the agreements, related to: CPV's two gas power plant projects in Keasbey.
To be clear, I am requesting the aformentioned records for both the existing power plant project (Woodbridge Energy Center a/k/a CPV1), and the proposed expansion of the facility onto adjacent property (Keasbey Energy Center a/k/a CPV2).
