Dates of employment and current employment status (full-time, part-time, acting, interim)
Complete salary information including:

Stipends
Longevity pay
Bonuses tied to the position
Overtime compensation (if applicable)
Benefits amounts paid by the district (not personal benefit selections)

Payroll records showing gross pay, deductions, and net pay for October 2025 and November 2025
Employment contracts for all administrators, including:

Contract duration
Renewal terms
Severance provisions
Buyout clauses

Oaths of office for all administrators

II. Disciplinary and Professional Records:
8. Final disciplinary actions, including suspensions, demotions, terminations, and any settlement agreements paid with public funds
9. Required certifications (including dates issued)
10. Professional development records and training paid for by the district
III. School Policies and Administrative Documents:
11. The school's current policy on bullying
12. The school's teacher handbook (current version)
13. The school's administrator handbook (current version)
IV. Communications and Calendar Records:
14. The principal's official calendar for October 2025, November 2025, December 2025, and January 2026
15. All emails from any administrator at Joseph C. Caruso Elementary School that reference, discuss, or relate to bullying, covering the period from September 2025 to present
V. Telecommunications and Expense Records:
16. Summary billing records (call logs are not necessary) for district-issued cell phones assigned to any administrator for October 2025 and November 2025
17. Travel reimbursements for all administrators from September 2025 to present
18. District credit card charges for all administrators from September 2025 to present
19. Conference expenses for all administrators from September 2025 to present
20. Mileage reimbursements for all administrators from September 2025 to present
VI. Legal Settlements and Judgments:
21. All settlements, judgments, and court orders paid by the Keansburg Board of Education in the last two years (December 2023 to present), including:
- Case names and docket numbers
- Settlement or judgment amounts
- Brief description of the nature of each case
- Dates of settlement or judgment
- Payment documentation
I understand that certain personal information such as Social Security Numbers, home addresses, and personal banking information may be redacted pursuant to OPRA exemptions.
