June 29, 2021 ethics complaint (Revised OPRA)
Dear Office of Legislative Services,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

The following documents related to the June 29, 2021 request for an ethics complaint
filed by Sue Altman against Nicholas Scutari concerning his employment as
City of Linden municipal prosecutor that was filed with the Joint
Legislative Committee of Ethical Standards:
> The initial ethics complaint submitted by Sue Altman et al. concerning Nicholas Scutari on June 29, 2021
> The subsequent request from the Joint Legislative Committee of Ethical Standards for documentation to back up their claims
>Any available correspondence between the Joint Legislative Committee of Ethical Standards
>The final decision of the JLCES on the merits of this complaint
>The list of any witnesses and/or evidence the JLCES considered in deciding the merits of this complaint
>The meeting minutes and/or recording of the meeting of the JLCES immediately after the June 29, 2021 submission
