1) a copy of the current contract for Joseph A. Manfredi & Associates
2) copies of all bills received from the above firm for work done during the calendar year 2022
3) a vendor report showing the amounts of all payments made to this vendor (under their current name listed above and prior name "Manfredi & Pellechio") from the time they were first hired by the authority until present day.

Enclosed please find a partial production of the requested legal service records, subject to the redaction of attorney-client privileged matters pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1; information concerning criminal investigatory records or for use by a law enforcement agency pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1; confidential personnel matters pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10; and information concerning HUD federally subsidized tenancies pursuant to the Federal Privacy Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, and Burnett v. County of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408, 422-423 (2009) (explaining that N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 is substantive in nature and “imposes an obligation on public agencies to protect against disclosure of personal information which would run contrary to reasonable privacy interests.”).
A partial production was necessary due to the sheer volume of redactions required. The ACHA hereby requests an additional seven (7) days to respond to the remaining portions of your Open Public Records Act requests and to complete the required redactions of any and all information protected by attorney-client privilege and/or other confidential information protected by law.
