This email confirms that as the district’s official Custodian of Records,
I received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request via email on
Monday, December 21, 2020.
In accordance with the law, I have seven (7) business days to either
provide the information requested or a valid reason why the information
requested cannot be provided. Taking into account that district offices
are closed for winter break from Thursday, December 24, 2020 through
Friday, January 1, 2021, the seventh (7th) business day deadline to
respond to your request is Friday, January 8, 2021.

Good afternoon.
Regarding your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request received by me on
Monday, December 21, 2020 requesting, "electronic copies of all email
correspondence received by the Lacey Township School District from Mr.
Jonathan Lipman (formerly of Lanoka Harbor, NJ now of Los Angeles, CA) for
the period of November 1st, 2020 to December 21st, 2020", please find
attached to this email the following records:
• 1 PDF entitled, "Lipman Emails - Redacted"
Please note that as a public agency this school district has a
responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
privacy. Therefore, the names of students were redacted.
These records are deemed to be responsive to your request, and are being
transmitted to you via email PDF. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the
cost associated with this request is $0.
