correspondence received by the Lacey Township School District from Mr.
Jonathan Lipman (formerly of Lanoka Harbor, NJ now of Los Angeles, CA) for
the period of November 1st, 2020 to December 21st, 2020", please find

responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
