John Chew Arrest
Dear Lower Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Robert McKnight recently requested the following:
"Any and all records, DWI reports, tow reports, alcohol reports, investigation and supplementary reports from all officers and video footage of in vehicle and body camera footage of all officers involved in the arrest and processing of the arrest of city police officer and employee John Chew."
In response, written records were provided however it was decided by Mr. McKnight that he did not want the video records that had become available. I request a copy of all such video records, transferred to me over the internet via Dropbox using the following upload URL.

There is no cost to you and there are no file size limits, nor is there a need to create an account or download anything.

A quick followup. After reviewing the footage provided I noticed that Officer Michael Nuscis' body worn camera video seems to be missing. Please advise.
(Also, as a heads up the files all eventually came through via Dropbox at 9:31 am MST. I did receive the same from your link at 8:14 am MST.)

Sir, There is no body cam footage for Nuscis. Armbruster's body cam should have covered everything at the scene. The body cam's are typically placed in a cradle which syncs the video with the in car video. It's not 100% full proof so sometimes and apparently in this case it did not work. The system is set up so that if the overhead lights are activated the in car and body cameras turn on automatically. The video's sync in the watchguard server so when they are downloaded all 4 cameras are downloaded (standard front camera, wide angle front camera, rear seat camera and body camera. I have checked the case file, my IA file, evidence and the watchguard server and there is no body camera video for Nuscis. I apologize.
