My original request was for any proposals made by JFK Medical Center in 2021 for “ambulance services”. I did not request any specific pages, I requested the proposal itself. You responded with a limited portion of the proposal as identified by the documents referencing more pages. I responded with the below:
“ The documents provided reference multiple other pages that were not included. Please provide the entire proposal submission in full as requested.”
Your response providing the referenced pages on the documents you provided is not what was requested initially or during clarification. Please provide the complete proposal, in full, from cover to cover, as requested.

After reviewing the provided documents, it seems as though this is not the complete proposal. I’m addition to the the “scope of work” portion that was required as per the RFP not being present, six separate appendices are referenced along with tables, all of which are not present.
