In response to your OPRA request below, seeking copies of arrest reports, criminal complaints, indictments, affidavits of probable cause, CAD reports, incident reports, supplemental reports, transcripts of suspect and witness interviews (if previously transcribed), transcripts of court proceedings (if previously transcribed), sentencing and disposition documents for Jerome L. Wigmore; please be advised that County does not possess or maintain such arrest records.
These records can be gathered through a records request to the NJ Superior Court, Criminal Division, the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s office, and/or through NJ Municipal Courts. Records should be requested in each county or municipality in which an offense occurred. Further, the County cannot perform background checks to attain this information for the public. However, I have attached regulations and basic instructions to request a background check through the NJ State Police or through a private vendor. I have also attached the records request form for the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s office as well as the NJ Superior Court.
