I have neither received a response (other than extension requests) nor have I received a reason for the rejection of the request. By law, Camden City should have responded by now.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your patience with the City in the processing of your OPRA request. Please be advised that attached documents are being turned over that meet your amended OPRA request. Your original OPRA request was for e-mails to and from Jason Asuncion and any of the following individuals: City Council and Council staff; Mayor and his staff; Tim Cunningham and Johanna Conyer and her staff.
After being advised that this request was too broad, it was then limited. Specifically, you confirmed the following:
First, please confirm that only to/from e-mails are being sought and not e-mails where Mr. Asuncion or one of the other listed persons is listed as a "cc". Confirmed.
Please provide a subject matter being sought. Subject matter includes anything related to: a) the then-current budget or proposed budget(s); b) Camden Redevelopment Agency; and/or c) transfers of property held by Camden City to third parties.
You also sought the resignation letter of Jason Asuncion.
Please be advised that redactions have occurred to the attached e-mails and documents. Many of the redactions were related to information that did not respond to your amended OPRA request. Other redactions were made for documents or information contained in documents that were:
1. Covered by the Attorney-Client Privilege;
2. Constituted advisory, deliberative or consultative information; and
3. Were draft documents used by City Officials during discussions, deliberations and decisions.
You also sought a copy of the resignation letter of Jason Asuncion. Your request is considered too broad for the following reasons.
This document is part of Mr. Asuncion's personnel file. Pursuant NJAC 4A:1-2.2:
(a) The following Civil Service Commission records shall only be public:
1. An individual's name, title, salary, compensation, dates of government service, and reason for separation;
2. Information on specific educational or medical qualifications required for employment, but not any information relating to an individual's medical, psychiatric, or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment, or evaluation;
3. Final orders of the Commission; and
4. Other records which are required by law to be made, maintained, or kept on file.
(b) Individual personnel records, except as specified in (a)1 through 3 above, are not public records and shall not be released other than to the subject employee, an authorized representative of the employee, or governmental representatives in connection with their official duties.
Please advise if you wish to limit this specific request to meet NJAC 4A:1-2.2.
