Itemized Invoices and Purchase Orders
Dear Jackson Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

In Regards to the contracted vendor Shore Media & Marketing
1. A copy of all purchase orders and itemized invoices for services from January 1st, 2024 to October 17th, 2024 in their native form.
2. A copy of all marketing materials produced (press releases, photographs taken, audio recordings, visual recordings, flyers, transcriptions, briefs, statements, significant drafts, recaps, social media posts, etc.) that are a product of the billable time, in their native form.

Thank you for the partial response. However, you did not include copies of the materials and work produced by the vendor as I requested. Since they were purchased with public funds, they should still be retained within your records, even if they are electronic records, those must also be retained. Can you please revisit that part of my request? I realize that it may just have been an oversight so I would appreciate your additional time in this matter.
