Itemized electric bill
Dear Town of Phillipsburg,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am writing to request a copy of the itemized electric bill for porkfest 2017 from Kay's electric WITH the monetary break down of the cost of each task completed. I received a copy of the work done in a previous Opra, but did not get a breakdown of the cost of each task completed. I know what the total bill was but need the list that shows the charges for each item.

Thank you for your response Vicki. The statement you sent says quoted price. I'd like to see the original quote submitted. Also, the amount exceeds the threshold and requires 3 quotes from 3 different electric companies. I would like those quotes sent to me as well. Thank you.

Mrs. Fuoco, This is all that the purchasing department has on this. No other quotes no other papers. But, I just checked the system, what I see but can't print is the following:
QUOTES:
Metz & Son ( Rejected)
Kays Electric 10735.00
LDC Electric (Rejected)
So, to clarify,
Metz had no response
LDC could not complete the job by the due date
