3) Copy of the lease, or other agreement for the use of the space, for Carol Murphy's district office located at 750 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.

As required under Rosetti vs. Ramapo-Indian Hills Regional High School Board of Education, 481 N.J Super. 1 (App. Div. 2025), the records searched must include private devices and accounts. In light of Vele vs. Borough of Englewood Cliffs, App. Div. Docket No. A-3905-23, private devices discussing public business are government records under OPRA and are disclosable. Additionally, pursuant to Elvage vs. West Milford Twp., GRC Complaint No. 2009-07 (April 2010), there is no requirement that "subject of the email" be provided, as a search for "content" may be utilized in place of subject.
