This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All invoices requests from “Pennetta Industrial Automation” or “Victor Pannetta” for the time period of November 1, 2008 to April 7, 2021.
Also, all bids for service through consortium service that were submitted for work on the Midland Park HVAC. Include the quoted price that was received through Automated Logic as well.

This correspondence is being sent in response to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request you submitted to the Midland Park Board of Education. As the official Records Custodian, I received this request on April 28, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is May 7, 2021. I will be sending a response to your request within this deadline.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the Board’s decision to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the GRC by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at (866)-850-0511, by mail at P.O. Box 819, Trenton, New Jersey, 08625, by e-mail at [email address], or at their website at www.state.nj.us/grc. Please accept this correspondence in response to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request you submitted to the Midland Park Board of Education. As the official records custodian for the Board, I received your request effective Wednesday, April 28, 2021. The seven-business day deadline to respond to your request is Friday, May 7, 2021.
By way of your OPRA request, you seek production of the following records:
-All invoices requests from “Pennetta Industrial Automation” or “Victor Pannetta” for the time period of November 1, 2008 to April 7, 2021.
-Also all bids for service through consortium service that were submitted for work on the Midland Park HVAC.
-Include the quoted price that was received through Automated Logic as well.
With regard to your request, the Board responds as follows in accordance with the provisions of OPRA:
Your request for all invoices requests from “Pennetta Industrial Automation” or “Victor Pannetta” for the time period of November 1, 2008 to April 7, 2021 is granted. Responsive documents are enclosed herewith.
Your request for all bids for service through consortium service that were submitted for work on the Midland Park HVAC is denied because there are no records responsive to your request. Purchasing groups or consortiums solicits bids for goods and services and the results are then made available to state-wide public entities. The district does not have or maintain the bidding documentation.
Your request for the quoted price that was received through Automated Logic as well is granted. The responsive document is enclosed herewith.
