Records requested: Any and All invoices or itemized billing statements from the Law firm of Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs, LLC to the Township of Old Bridge from September 1, 2015 to present. The invoices and/or billing statements should include the services performed by this law firm on behalf of Old Bridge Township

Dear Vincent Galgano,
The Old Bridge Township Records Custodian received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on February 24, 2020. As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is March 4, 2020. This
partial response to your request is being provided to you on the 5^th
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
Your OPRA request sought access to the following:
“Any and All invoices or itemized billing statements from the Law firm of
Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs, LLC to the Township of Old Bridge from
September 1, 2015 to present. The invoices and/or billing statements
should include the services performed by this law firm on behalf of Old
Bridge Township”
The attached responsive records are being transmitted to you via email per
your request and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., there is no cost
associated with this response. This is only a partial response that has
been redacted to remove items falling within Attorney-Client Privilege.
Attached as three separate documents are invoices from January 2016 to
April 2016, October 2015 to December 2015 and August 2018 to February
2020. Please be advised that the other invoices you have requested are
being gathered, reviewed, and redacted and will be forwarded to you as
soon as possible.
